If i were to write an article of the containment camps during the war i would feel obligated to write about the positive things in the camps. If people are already fighting a war outside the country it would just be another problem to add the the pile because it could start a political/media war and people in the country might turn on the Government and be less likely to support the war effort which includes enlisting, investing and donating supplies for war crafts, guns and supplies.
